About 40 kilometres east of Cape Town – as close to a continuous belt of fold mountains as you can hear a baboon bark – lies a picturesque series of valleys known as the Cape Winelands.
This is where South Africa’s world-renowned wines are produced; in vineyards and wineries interspersed with historic towns that still carry the flavour of the French Huguenots who first settled in the area in the 1600s.
The mountains and vineyards in this region offer the golf traveller a spectacular backdrop for their games, and there is no better way to celebrate a successful round of golf than by sampling the local wines and the delicious cuisine that is on offer throughout the Winelands.
History buffs will also enjoy visiting the towns of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, Tulbagh and Wellington, all of which have something unique to offer.

Transfer from the hotel to De Zalze Golf Club for 18 holes of golf and transfer back to the hotel after your game. Evening at leisure.
Day 3
Transfer from the hotel to Arabella Golf Club for 18 holes of golf and transfer back to the hotel after your game. Evening at leisure.
Day 4
Transfer from the hotel to Erinvale Golf Club for 18 holes of golf and transfer back to the hotel after your game. Evening at leisure.
Day 5
Transfer from the hotel to Stellenbosch Golf Club for 18 holes of golf and transfer back to the hotel after your game. Evening at leisure.
